  • Dispute Resolution: Contact support before requesting chargebacks - we prefer direct resolution

Our maximum liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, not to exceed $100 USD.

We cannot guarantee their performance, availability, or functionality with third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, Microsoft, etc.) beyond our control.
